9:30pm	Concert by Gord Bamford & Friends Winner announced of the Alberta Jr Artist Showcase

11:00am – 4:00pm	Kids Zone opens Various Family activities available; face painting, kids craft area, beach volleyball, escape room, beach games, water & boating activities, available, ie. paddle-boarding
12:00pm – 6:00pm	Poker Tournament (additional entry fee – includes 2 beverage tickets)
6:00pm – 8:00pm	Mix & Mingle BBQ begins DJ music hosted by Real Country 95.5 FM
8:30pm – 10:00pm	Alberta Jr Artist Showcase Contest
11:00pm – 11:15pm	Alberta Artist Jam Session with up & coming Alberta Artists

Monday, September 2, 2019

9:00am – 11:00am	Breakfast Guests pack up and leave at their leisure

Important Notes:

You will receive a welcome package upon arrival with a site map and a list of the weekends events
Liquor tickets will be available for purchase and two areas will be set up for bar service
Camping sites do not have power, bring a generator if you like
There are 2 camping spots per lot
Security will be on site for the duration of the event, all guests will be given a wrist band upon check in that must be visible to security at all times
Medic station on site

Recommended items to bring:

Beachwear to enjoy the beach area
Sun Screen
Bug Spray
Clothing for hot and cooler weather
Hats
You passes include breakfast and dinner, so bring snacks to tie you and your family until meal times
Lawn Chairs - for either the kids‘ movie night or around the fire - we’ll bring the popcorn
Hockey sticks –so you or your kids can play in the road hockey tournament hosted by the Hockey Alberta Foundation

Poker Tournament
Saturday, August 31, 2019

Event scheduled to start at noon on Saturdsy
Check in time: 11:45 am, Saturday
First 40 paid entries confirm spot in tournament
Entry fee buy in: $200, includes 2 drink tickets
Based on 40 participants, 70% of the entry fee purse will be paid out to the top 3 finishers
First place: $5,000
Second place: $1,500
Third place: $500

Re-buys are allowed at a cost of $125 per re-buy and can be purchased until the end of the 6th blind level and as many times as wanted
At the end of the 6th level, all players can complete one further add-on for $125
Rules are standard to Texas Hold’em
Inexperienced players will be provided "cheat sheets" to evaluate their hand
Servers will be in attendance to host the event

NOTES

The payout purse may change based on number of participants. Remaining 30% is used to service the company, Laur-Ben Holdings, which is handling the event.
All re-buys and add-ons go to the Gord Bamford Foundation and we thank you!
Rules may be subject to change and players will be notified.

Road Hockey Tournament
Sunday, September 1, 2019

1:00pm - 4:00pm
15 minute games
8 coed teams of 5-9 players, ages open
Bring your stick and goalie equipment
Tournament champion will be crowned

Each team will play 3 games
Fun for the whole family
Gord Bamford will referee final championship game
Playing for Every Kid, Every Community Cup presented by the Gord Bamford Foundation and Hockey Alberta Foundation
